HR Intern

Job Overview We are excited to offer an internship position for our HR team. You will be working in a supportive and dynamic environment, where you'll be involved in meaningful tasks that contribute directly to our business.
Key Responsibilities Assist with resume screening and candidate pre-qualification.Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.Maintain candidate databases and assist with recruitment documentation.Follow up on interview feedback and candidate pipeline.Support onboarding and internal HR events.Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
Preferred Background Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and attention to detail.Experience in recruitment or admin support is a plus.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
