**The Role:**

As a Recruitment and HR Officer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company. You will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, identifying top candidates for machinery operating roles and guiding them through our hiring process. But your impact won't stop there; through rostering and project administration you will assist us to manage employees with the most suitable skills across our diverse projects and contracts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and oversee recruitment campaigns for various roles within our company.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate hiring discussions with managers.

• Implement onboarding plans for new hires.

• Collaborate with senior management to assess HR needs and develop strategies to meet project needs.

• Managing and record keeping of staff training records and qualifications.

• Onboarding staff members to various civil projects.

• Assist in developing training and development programs.

• Work as part of our HR team to manage our talent pool across the various project rosters. 

**About You:**

• Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role within the mining or construction industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with HR software and strong administrative abilities.
