ADAS Solutions Australia is an Australian-owned company that provides advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) and electric vehicle (EV) solutions to the automotive industry. They support workshops and repairers with specialised technology, calibration, and technical services for modern vehicles.

What's the role?

Due to internal movement, we are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our Osborne Park Calibration Centre.

Responsibilities

This hands-on role combines technical ADAS calibration and diagnostic work with responsibility for site operations, team support, and local repair-network relationships. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day activity at the centre while ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, and customer service standards are maintained. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Complete ADAS calibrations and diagnostic work within the Osborne Park Calibration Centre.Provide day-to-day support and oversight for local technicians and administrative staff.Lead complex or problematic jobs, ensuring quality outcomes and supporting technician development through hands-on guidance.Act as the primary local escalation point for technical and operational issues.Support site performance against local targets, KPIs, and customer-service expectations.Build and maintain positive relationships across the local repair network.
