About the role
Do you genuinely love strength training?
Are you the type of person who gets excited helping someone achieve their first pull up, perfect their squat technique, or simply feel stronger than they ever have before?

At Soul Bay Strength Training, we’re not your typical gym. We specialise in helping everyday people become stronger, healthier and more confident through progressive strength training in a welcoming community.
Our members range from complete beginners to experienced lifters, with a growing focus on empowering women aged 35–55 to build strength for life.
We’re looking for an experienced, passionate coach to join our team as we continue to grow.
About the Role
You’ll coach a mix of small group strength classes and one-on-one personal training sessions, supporting members throughout their strength journey. You’ll help create a community-focused environment where everyone feels encouraged, challenged and supported.
This is a casual / part-time position with flexible hours, afternoons, evenings, mornings and weekends
