About us

Bobbys Cronulla is seeking an experienced and motivated assistant venue manager to join the team. You’re role will be to become a proactive member of the membership unit, oversee operations whilst on management shifts, lead a dynamic team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong leadership experience and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front-of-house operations, staff, and guest experience.

• Ensure high standards of service, food, and beverage quality.

• Train, develop, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

• Desire to run a section when required.

• Nightly cash up and reporting.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficient use of SevenRooms

• Proven experience in a management or similar leadership role.

• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and health/safety regulations.

Schedule:

• Must be available Thursday - Sunday nights

• Full or part time roll available
