The role:

With our service department expanding to meet growing customer demand, we're on the lookout for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing team.

What you'll do:

• Be the primary point of contact for service customers, delivering an outstanding experience
• Book vehicles in for service, repairs and warranty work
• Clearly explain service recommendations, costs and timelines
• Liaise between customers, technicians and management to ensure smooth workflow
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Maintain accurate records using dealership management systems

• A genuine people-person with a customer-first mindset
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive preferred but not essential)
• Ability to thrive in a busy service environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital systems
