What You Bring

You are either an experienced property sales professional ready to step into land, or an ambitious up-and-comer with the drive to learn. You thrive in a team environment, build trust quickly and are energised by delivering results.

To be considered, you will need:

• Proven success in property or land sales, or the passion and readiness to grow into the role
• An Agent’s Representative Certificate, or willingness to get one
• A valid driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
• Confidence using CRM and data tools to prioritise and convert
• A proactive, resilient and customer-first mindset
