About the role

Working as part of our marketing team, you'll coordinate and support a range of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to keep projects on track and ensure marketing activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.

• Project manage marketing activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

• Develop and coordinate marketing content for multiple channels, including website, email, social media and print.

• Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, signage, brochures and promotional materials.

• Support the planning and delivery of trade shows, exhibitions and other events, including coordinating marketing materials and logistics.

• Liaise with designers, printers, agencies and other external suppliers.

• Update website content (WordPress experience is helpful but not essential).

• Assist with email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing activities.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.

• Provide general marketing coordination and administrative support to the team.

About you

We're looking for an organised, hands-on marketing professional to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can support a wide range of marketing activities from campaign delivery to events and collateral.

You will be a proactive marketing all-rounder who enjoys variety, is highly organised and can manage multiple priorities with confidence.

Your skills, experience & attributes

• Experience in a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role.

• Strong project management and organisational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and producing marketing collateral.

• The ability to develop engaging content for a range of marketing channels.

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

• Experience updating websites using WordPress would be an advantage, but is not essential.

• A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
