Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, role for a Estimator based in North Sydney, NSW. The Estimator will assist in preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate project bids. Additional responsibilities include preparing tender documentation, managing post-tender evaluations; evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotes, and supporting the Bid-team in delivering cost-effective solutions.QualificationsStrong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysisProficiency in tender preparation, documentation, and contract negotiationAttention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinkingKnowledge of construction methodologies and project management principlesStrong communication, teamwork, and organizational skillsProficiency in relevant software tools, including estimation software and Microsoft Office suite and Clawbot ai. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is highly desirableExperience in the commercial, industrial, residential or government construction sectors in Australia is an major advantageUnderstanding of local building codes, regulations, and tendering processes
