Gym Receptionist

The Membership Consultant and Receptionist role is responsible for dealing with all face to face and online membership enquires, signups, and cancellations.  Your proactive approach and passion for health and fitness will allow you to connect with our members and provide exceptional customer service in a prompt and professional manner. 

This position is offered on a casual basis for up to 38hrs per week initially. A Blue Card and current first aid and CPR will be beneficial. 

What you Should Bring:

• A minimum of three years previous sales and or reception experience  

• An ambitious and motivated, can-do attitude

• Enthusiasm with a passion for people and service

• An ability to work and collaborate successfully with a team

• Flexibility to work varied hours - opening and closing the gym and working weekend hours as required

• Willingness to comply with and carry out all implemented club policies and Work Health and Safety related activities and processes
