Akers of Lawn is looking for a motivated, reliable and hands-on Lawn Care Technician to join our growing Lawn 360 team.

Lawn 360 is our professional lawn-care program, providing customers with ongoing lawn treatments, maintenance and expert advice to keep their lawns looking their best all year round.

The Role

As a Lawn 360 Technician, you’ll be responsible for visiting residential and commercial properties and delivering a high-quality lawn-care service.

Your day will include:

• Applying lawn fertilisers and treatments

• Weed and pest control

• Identifying lawn problems and recommending solutions

• Maintaining accurate job records

• Communicating professionally with customers

• Keeping vehicles, equipment and work areas clean and organised

• Representing the Akers of Lawn brand to a high standard

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Have an obsession for amazing lawns

• Is reliable and punctual

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Has good communication and customer-service skills

• Is physically fit and comfortable working outside

• Has a good knowledge base about lawn care, turf, soils, weeds and treatments

• Holds a current driver's licence

• Has a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in

Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, horticulture, turf management or gardening is highly regarded — but not essential for the right person.
