An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) Level 2 to lead a dedicated and compassionate nursing team within our mental health rehabilitation service The service supports individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions and physical health needs, with a strong focus on rehabilitation and enhancing quality of life.

What you'll be doing
You will provide clinical and operational direction to a committed nursing workforce, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, promoting evidence-based practice, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure safe, effective, and coordinated care that supports consumers to achieve their recovery goals.
