Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)Genuine empathy that shines through your care Strong communication and leadership skillsA true team player who thrives on collaborationPassion for continuous learning and improvementWhole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional)Excellent time management and tech skillsSharp clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
