Whether you're a seasoned reservations pro or ready to kickstart your career in travel, we've got opportunities for both Senior and Junior roles!

What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Day of Holiday Magic!)

• Chatting with guests and helping them book amazing Queensland getaways

• Handling reservations via phone, email and online with a smile

• Assisting with booking changes, cancellations and general enquiries

• Working with groups, corporate clients & travel agents to tailor travel packages

• Creating custom quotes that hit the mark

• Cross-selling and up-selling accommodation, day tours and extras

We'd Love to Hear from You If You...

• Are a confident, friendly communicator especially on the phone

• Have a can-do attitude and love working in a team

• Bring a polished, professional vibe and top-notch customer service

• Learn fast, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a busy environment

• Have previous experience in travel/reservations (REI Master = a big bonus!)

• Have sales experience or a knack for cross-selling highly desirable!

The Role

• Full-time positions (weekday and weekend shifts between 8am–7pm)

• Based in our Robina office – no remote work, but plenty of team fun!
