Account Client Coordinator

PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

Over the last 35 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services, with more than 25 depots across Australia. We are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

The Position

PrixCar is recruiting talented professionals to strengthen our Account Management and Customer Support teams. We're looking for people who thrive on collaboration, build strong customer relationships, and bring a quality-first mindset to everything they do.

Together with the wider Account Management team, these positions play a key role in supporting seamless operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and helping ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently across the network. What You Will Do

Act as the primary national contact for day-to-day operational mattersBuild and maintain strong relationships with OEM accounts, ensuring seamless service deliverySupport National Account Managers and branches to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectationsAnalyse customer performance data and ensure compliance with contractual parametersIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experienceProvide timely, accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and clientsCoordinate the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements

What You Will Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within OEM, dealership, or fleet management environmentsStrong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret insights and emerging trendsExcellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentationProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to learn quicklyStrong organization and time management skills; able to multitask effectivelyCapable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative teamA customer-centric approach and the ability to remain composed under pressure
