About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Director People & Culture, you will take a lead role in the design, delivery, coordination and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will identify capability needs, provide expert learning and development advice, deliver engaging training programs, and support managers to build high-performing teams.
This is a diverse role combining training facilitation, instructional design, workforce capability planning, stakeholder engagement, systems administration and continuous improvement.
