Physiotherapist – New Grads/Juniors Welcome | Full time or Part time

• Weekly one-on-one mentoring with senior physiotherapists with a special interest in geriatric care, neurological conditions and disability care.

• Deliver in-home physiotherapy focused on mobility, strength, falls prevention & pain management.

• Create personalised home exercise programs.

• Conduct thorough initial and follow-up assessments.

• Work collaboratively with families, GPs, carers & coordinators.

• Recommend aids/equipment and provide ongoing progress reports.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow best-practice infection control.

• Enjoying a manageable caseload — with an average of 8 clients per day.

• Being paid for note and report writing time at the end of each day.
  

• AHPRA registration (Physiotherapist).

• Strong communication & clinical reasoning.

• Confidence working independently (with team support!)

• Passion for helping older adults and people with disabilities.

• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

• A warm, kind approach and interest in growing your skills.
