Customer Service Representative – Logistics

Multigroup Logistics is a Melbourne-based 4PL freight management business delivering end-to-end logistics solutions to customers across Australia and New Zealand.

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, coordinating freight movements and contributing to a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You’ll be part of a fun, energetic, and highly efficient team, acting as a key point of contact for our customers and representing the Multigroup Logistics brand in every interaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships via phone, email, and CRM

• Coordinate B2B and B2C freight movements across multiple carriers

• Proactively resolve service and delivery issues

• Work closely with operations and sales teams to deliver seamless outcomes

About you:

• Experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding is highly regarded

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure

• Experience using MachShip, Salesforce or similar CRM systems (preferred)
