Customer Service Coordinator

The Role

ATF Services is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support the needs of our customers and our internal operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile national brand and further develop your skills in client administration.

The position is full time (Monday to Friday), working 8am - 4pm in our Hillcrest office.

Key Responsibilities

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for: 

• Handling calls, emails and enquiries about services and quotes in a timely and efficient manner

• Providing superior customer service each and every time

• Scheduling and paperwork for deliveries, materials, quotes and client works

• Invoicing 

• Data entry 

• General administrative duties as required

This role would be well suited if you have:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally 2+ years

• Enthusiasm for providing a high level of customer service

• Strong communication (written and oral) skills

• Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask 

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), with the aptitude to learn new systems

• The ability to work both independently and within a close team

• Good geographical knowledge for efficient scheduling
