The Role – Scope of Work

You will work as part of an installation team on a variety of projects, including:

• Insulation upgrades in existing homes

• In-roof installations and underfloor

• Safe movement and work on ceiling joists

• Removal of old insulation

• Installation of new insulation products

• Maintaining clean, safe and organised work sites

Most days involve one main job. Once that job is completed to standard, the team usually goes home. Sometimes as early as 11:30am. Most days are finished after 5-6h.
Other days may combine 2-3 small jobs. We make sure there is balance and plenty good days!

Some days involve smaller jobs, followed by cleaning trucks and maintaining warehouse and storage areas to keep everything organised and ready for the next day.

Pay

• Weekly pay

• Approximately $1,250 – $1,500 take home, depending on experience and performance level
