Emeco is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead our Queensland maintenance operations

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll have the autonomy to shape operational performance across a diverse portfolio of mining clients while leading experienced Project Managers, Maintenance Superintendents and maintenance teams.

You'll spend your time where it matters most, on site with your people, engaging with clients, solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.

About You

You're already leading mining maintenance operations and understand what good looks like.

• Extensive leadership experience within mining and heavy mobile equipment
• Proven success managing maintenance across multiple operations or contracts
• Strong commercial and financial capability, including responsibility for significant R&M expenditure
• A track record of improving maintenance performance, reliability and operational efficiency
• Experience leading leaders; not just teams
• The credibility to build trusted relationships with clients and operational stakeholders
• The ability to coach, challenge and develop high-performing leadership teams
• A practical understanding of heavy mining equipment and the operational drivers of equipment productivity.
