The Role: 

• Manage your own client portfolio across tax compliance, financial reporting and business advisory  

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and external stakeholders  

• Provide proactive, value‑driven advice that supports the long‑term success of clients  

• Work collaboratively with senior leadership in a supportive, transparent and friendly environment  

About You: 

• 5+ years’ experience in Australian public practice  

• CA/CPA/IPA qualified or working towards it  

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills  

• Strong initiative with the ability to work autonomously  

• Passionate about delivering high-quality client service  

• Team player with a collaborative mindset
