Senior Design Manager

About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating design activities across a major Defence project, working closely with the project team, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure design requirements are effectively managed and delivered.

About You
We are looking for a Senior Design Manager with:

• Proven experience working on Defence projects
• Experience delivering projects valued at $150M+
• Background working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction contractor
• Strong design management and consultant coordination experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
• Australian citizenship needed
• Ability to commence within 1 week
