About the role
Kimberley Hotel is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This position requires someone that will lead and oversee the food and beverage department in the day to day operations of this busy country pub.
Our venue consists of an 80 room hotel with a la carte restaurant, 3 bars (sports, cocktail & saloon) and bistro dining alongside a 100 Single person quarter camp and associated catering arrangement with a local resource company. Most of the up to 50 staff also live on-site and this is the only pub in the town of over 1,500 residents plus a seasonal tourist trade. Make no mistake, this is a very busy hotel and fun place to live, work, experience and explore the beautiful Kimberley region.
This is a hands on role within our busy venue, so you must be passionate, customer-centric, display an excellent work ethic and lead by example. Our team come from across Australia and the globe.
The successful candidate must possess:
Previous experience on a similar role
Experience in food & beverage service and cellaring
Sound knowledge of the F&B industry
Experience in training and coaching other employees
Exceptional leadership qualities and people management skills
Strong administrative skills (ordering, rostering, stock control etc)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Must have current RSA and Approved Manager License WA

Availability:
On offer, we have 1 full-time role available. We are looking for candidates who are available to work a full-time roster, including weekends and public holidays.
