The RoleWe’re looking for a Freelance Junior Designer to support our marketing team during a maternity cover (~6month).
This is a flexible, ad hoc contractor role — no fixed hours.You’ll jump in as projects come through, with plenty of variety and creative input.

What You’ll Be Doing1.Design & ExecutionCreate campaign assets, social visuals, and digital adsDesign and update landing pages (Unbounce)Support website visual updatesDevelop marketing collateral (brochures, one-pagers, decks)Assist with light video editing & motion (via Canva)
2.Creative ContributionJoin brainstorms and campaign ideationContribute to concepts, themes, and visual directionsBuild mood boards and creative directionsBring fresh, out-of-the-box ideasPush creative boundaries while staying on-brand
How You’ll WorkPick up projects on an ad hoc basisBe comfortable with quick turnaroundsJuggle multiple small projectsWork independently after onboarding

Skills & ToolsMust-have:Canva (our core design tool)Strong understanding of layout, typography & digital designNice to have:Unbounce or landing page buildersBasic video editing / animation skillsAdobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience1–3 years in a design roleORA design student with a strong portfolio to back it up
