About The Role
As the Recycling Manager for Buderim and Caloundra sites you are responsible for coordinating all recycling business activities. You will ensure key contracts are managed in accordance with contractual requirements and that operations and processes are run efficiently to maximise commercial outcomes.

Operational management of the Buderim and Caloundra sitesManage, lead and mentor the team across all sitesContractual management and key stakeholder engagementDevelop and implement action plans in line with the strategic direction to achieve the goals of the business unitModel safety leadership by complying with Endeavour’s Work Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in and out of the workplace Recruit, develop and retain a qualified workforce committed to social inclusion and establishing professional relationships with individuals
All About You
Proven experience in a waste management / resource recovery environmentDemonstrated experience in a management role, leading and coordinating a teamDemonstrated knowledge and experience in meeting customer requirements under contractual conditionsPrevious experience in contract managementProficiency in computer applications including the ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of programs
