Duties: Some of the tasks you will be required to perform include:

• Cut and trim hair according to clients' instructions or current hairstyles, using clippers, combs, hand-held blow driers, and scissors.
• Apply lather and shave beards or neck and temple hair contours, using razors.
• Able to perform shaving with a cut throat.
• Perform modern and old-style cuts.
• Promote products, services, or programs.
• Arrange appointments and record details in database.
• Suggest treatments to alleviate hair problems.
• Stay informed of the latest styles and hair care techniques.
• Maintain professional knowledge or certifications.
