Position Overview:
We are offering a part-time unpaid, on-site 12 week Work Experience / Placement opportunity in Client Service and Social Media at our Richmond Atelier.
This role provides hands-on experience in the luxury fashion industry. Working closely with our Founder and reporting to the Atelier and Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to key areas of the business, including customer service, social media, and marketing initiatives. This is a valuable opportunity to develop practical skills in a dynamic, design-focused environment.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, and PinterestEngage with our online community by responding to DMs, comments, and customer enquiriesSupport in-store experiences, including styling, customer service, and sales supportHelp with content shoots — from moodboarding to behind-the-scenes supportContribute to everyday studio operations and social media tasksAssist in planning and executing brand events and activations
About you:
Currently studying (or recently graduated) in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business or a related fieldComfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity and initiative are keyExperience in fashion retail, social media, or photography is a big plusConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsPassionate about social media, branding, visual storytelling, and stylingA team player with a can-do attitude and love for all things fashion and content
