Junior Korean Business Developer- CFD/FX Trading

Korean Business Developer needed to further strengthen our leading position in South Korean market! This full-time position is based in our Sydney Head Quarter in the heard of Financial hub in Sydney. The Junior Developer will explore more sales opportunities while learning from our Korean market manager. If you are a ambitious business man with strong sense of ownership and responsibility looking for an opportunity to enter the financial service industry. Only Korean-Speaking candidate will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with South-Korean living and/or working experience.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively promote our company’s products and services.

• Convert marketing leads into lasting client relationships.

• Build, develop, and maintain strong connections with clients.

• Conduct business development research and identify new opportunities.

• Support client acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies.

• Handle client inquiries and deliver world-class service.

• Perform client analysis and take proactive actions.

• Stay up to date with financial markets and industry trends.

• Ensure compliance with client documentation processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fluent in Korean & English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• At least 1 year of experience in financial sales or business development.

• Proven record of achieving sales results.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Organized, efficient, and highly motivated by targets.

• Ability to work independently and generate new business opportunities.

• Australian permanent residency or long-term work visa preferred (working holiday visas not eligible).

• Experience with marketing (e.g., managing social media or creating content) is a strong plus.
