About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Yakimono. You will be driven and genuinely passionate about cooking. Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively. Train and coach cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products. You must possess a positive and motivated work ethic at all times.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in an a la carte environment
• Japanese cuisine experience advantageous
• Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of food safety standards
• Full-time availability. Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekend and public holiday.
