Guest Service Agent - Casual

Pegasus Apart'Hotel is one of Melbourne's most unique Independent hotels. We are searching for an experienced and motivated  Guest Service Agent to join our team !!!

We are looking for a reliable team member to join our Front Office team.
We are re-building our Front Office team with  huge opportunities for career progression!!!.

Located close to Flagstaff Station in Melbourne’s CBD, Pegasus Apart'Hotel is a fully-serviced apartment style hotel with a big focus on quality, our people and team culture. If you think you are ready for the next step we want YOU!!!

Duties

• Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed

• Administering check-ins and check-outs

• Providing front desk services to guests

• Upholding Pegasus Customer & Service standards to give the guest the best experience possible

Skills and experience

• Previous guest service experience in a hotel is preferred , but if you have the right attitude then we can provide you with the training

• A passion for customer service

• The ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Excellent communication skills

• Be task and results orientated

• A positive personality and sense of humour

• Reliable and flexible

• Problem solving skills

• Be comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment
