HR Truck Driver / Site Labourer

$80,000 + super | Full-time | Sydney

Preservation Technologies is a specialist remedial building company carrying out concrete repairs, waterproofing, façade remediation and structural repair projects across Sydney.

We're looking for an MR Truck Driver / Site Labourer to support our construction teams.

This is a hands-on role that combines driving with site labouring. You'll spend part of your day delivering materials and equipment to our sites, doing rubbish runs in our tipper truck and moving materials between sites. When you're not driving, you'll work alongside our site teams as a labourer.

• Drive company MR vehicles, including tipper trucks

• Deliver materials, tools and equipment to construction sites

• Collect and dispose of construction waste and rubbish

• Load and unload materials and equipment

• Assist with deliveries and site logistics

• Keep vehicles clean and report any maintenance issues

• Work alongside trades and site teams when not driving

• Assist with general labouring duties on construction sites

• Follow site safety and manual handling requirements

• Help keep sites, vehicles and equipment clean and organised

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a current MR driver's licence

• Has a current White Card

• Has a good driving record

• Is reliable and turns up ready to work

• Is physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

• Is happy to get off the truck and get stuck into site work

• Can work safely around construction sites

• Takes care of company vehicles, tools and equipment

• Works well as part of a team

Construction or labouring experience is preferred but not essential for the right person.
