Full Time Chef - Virtual Greens

About the role

This isn't your average kitchen role.

We're looking for a Chef who wants to get in from the ground floor and help us build something great. You'll be serving up a mix of modern and classic pub favourites, keeping the kitchen running smoothly and helping us create a food offering that keeps customers coming back – even if their golf game doesn't!

You'll have the opportunity to put your stamp on a brand-new kitchen, help establish our standards and work alongside a team focused on creating a fun, welcoming venue.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking modern and classic pub-style meals

• Delivering consistently great food with an eye for presentation

• Keeping service running smoothly when things get busy

• Assisting with ordering, stock rotation and reducing wastage

• Maintaining high food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards

• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service

• Helping develop kitchen procedures and standards from the ground up

• Working closely with management and the wider venue team

About you

We're looking for someone who takes pride in what leaves the kitchen and enjoys being part of a team.

You'll ideally:

• Have previous experience in a commercial kitchen

• Be confident working through busy service periods

• Be organised, reliable and able to keep your cool under pressure

• Have strong food safety and hygiene knowledge

• Care about quality, consistency and presentation

• Bring a positive attitude and be happy to contribute ideas

• Be excited about joining a new venue and helping us grow

Relevant qualifications and previous pub, tavern or restaurant experience will be highly regarded.
