The OpportunityWe’re seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join our brand new Myer Chermside Location as Concession Manager.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take ownership of the concession, leading the business with confidence, commercial focus, and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role with autonomy, where you’ll drive performance, lead your team, and deliver a polished, premium client experience. This role is ideal for a leader with strong apparel experience and a passion for styling, fit, and elevated service within a premium retail environment.

What You’ll DoLead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadorsDrive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environmentOversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and complianceExecute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiativesPartner with regional, state and national leaders to implement store-specific strategies
What You BringExperience in a concession environment (David Jones or Myer desirable)Understanding of concession stock processes and operational requirements (desirable)Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium or high-volume environmentStrong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIsAdvanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experienceA natural eye for styling, fit, and luxury productConfidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance managementA positive, energetic leadership style that inspires and motivates your team
