Head of Distribution & Supply Chain Business Partner

As our Head of Distribution & Supply Chain Business Partner, you'll lead the strategic direction and operational performance of Brand Collective's third-party distribution network across Australia and New Zealand, supporting a diverse portfolio of iconic fashion, footwear and lifestyle brands.

Beyond leading day-to-day distribution operations, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our network for the future. From driving automation initiatives and network optimisation through to enabling new brands, channels and customer capabilities, you'll partner across the business to deliver smarter, more scalable supply chain solutions that support long-term growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead Brand Collective's multi-site third-party distribution network across Australia and New Zealand
• Build strong strategic partnerships with 3PL providers to deliver exceptional service and operational performance
• Drive network optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost, accuracy and productivity
• Develop the long-term distribution network roadmap, including future consolidation opportunities and capacity planning
• Lead distribution readiness for major trading events including Cyber, Back to School and seasonal peaks
• Partner with Merchandise, Production, Digital and Brand teams to support new product launches, new brands and business growth initiatives
• Develop robust forecasting models across inbound, outbound and eCommerce fulfilment volumes
• Establish clear operational KPIs, service level reporting and governance frameworks across distribution partners
• Lead business cases for new technologies, systems and automation investments
• Manage distribution costs while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service

ABOUT YOU

• Significant leadership experience within supply chain, distribution or logistics management
• Proven experience managing complex third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships across multiple sites
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, service providers and operational budgets
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational improvement, automation or network transformation projects
• Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory management and omnichannel fulfilment
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders across commercial, finance, digital and operational functions
• Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions
• Experienced leading change through influence, collaboration and strong stakeholder engagement
• Passionate about building high-performing supply chain operations that enable business growth
