This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of insurance claims from start to finish.

• Manage a portfolio of insurance building claims end-to-end

• Liaise with insurers, clients, trades, and internal teams

• Coordinate schedules, updates, and job progress across all stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with insurer requirements and internal processes

• Identify risks, delays, or issues early, and take action to resolve them

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date job records and documentation

You’re organised, proactive, and take ownership of your work. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep multiple moving parts under control.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience in insurance building, claims management, or construction coordination

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
