As part of a professional catering team, you'll prepare quality meals for mining and remote workforce communities. You'll work in large-scale commercial kitchens where organisation, teamwork and consistency are essential to delivering outstanding service every day.

• Prepare high-volume breakfast, crib, lunch and dinner services

• Deliver quality meals for large workforces in a fast-paced environment

• Operate buffet-style service efficiently and professionally

• Cater for dietary, allergy and cultural requirements

• Maintain high standards of food safety and HACCP compliance

• Keep kitchens clean, organised and audit-ready

• Work rotating day, night and split shifts as required

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

• Proven experience in high-volume or bulk catering environments

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards

• Current WA Driver's Licence

• Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last four months – Clear)

• White Card

• Full Australian working rights

• Currently residing in Western Australia

• Available to mobilise at short notice for FIFO assignments
