High Intensity Support Trainer

Golden City Support Services is currently seeking applications for the position of High Intensity Support Trainer, based in Bendigo.
This part-time role (12 rostered hours per fortnight) provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced health professional to support the delivery of quality training and competency assessments for our workforce. Working alongside the GCSS Nurse Educator, the successful applicant will help ensure our staff are equipped to safely deliver NDIS High Intensity Supports while maintaining high standards of practice and compliance.
Due to the nature of the role, this position is for on-site candidates only, no hybrid options will be considered.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering High Intensity Support training and competency assessmentsSupporting training delivery in both classroom and workplace settingsAuditing staff competency and practice standardsMaintaining training records and reportingSupporting refresher training activitiesContributing to a culture of safe, effective and person-centred support.
Applicants must hold unrestricted registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse, or other relevant medical professional, together with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
