About The Role
Are you a proven manufacturing leader ready to drive operational excellence? As our Manufacturing Manager at Huntingwood, you’ll take ownership of production performance and lead strategic initiatives that enhance safety, quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. What Your Days Look Like
Lead daily line performance (Safety, Quality, OEE, Yield) Coach & develop frontline leaders (60+ direct team) Drive site safety culture & compliance initiatives Identify & deliver CI and cost improvement projects Partner with Quality, Safety & Ops on key priorities Execute site operations plan & performance targets

Strong leadership of frontline teams in manufacturing FMCG or fast-paced production environment experience Proven coaching & performance management capability Lean / CI experience with measurable outcomes Analytical problem-solving & data-driven mindset Able to influence across teams in a unionised site
