ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Sunshine Coast, Queensland

Joining the Kilcoy Food Solutions team, you will play a key role in driving the development and growth of the domestic retail channel, executing strategic initiatives to support both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.

Your strategic objectives will be:

• To drive growth for the Retail Channel, through strategic customer development, product alignment, and channel expansion.
• Supporting and implementing the Australian retail sales strategy for the Food Solutions business.

ABOUT YOU

You will bring with you:

• 5 years + working within FMCG sales.
• Experience in Account Planning.
• Performance Optimization; how to track data, evaluate, and adjust performance, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
• Pricing Strategy principles.
• High level negotiating, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated experience producing high performing results.
