This role is perfect for retail travel agents ready to take the next step — moving from generalist consulting to specialising in either Europe, Canada or the Islands. With excellent training in systems, product knowledge, and professional skills, you'll quickly grow into a recognised destination specialist. What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and guide them to the best holiday options

• Work within either our Europe, our Islands or our Canada team crafting tailor-made holidays

• Inspire clients with your destination knowledge and passion, helping them choose the right destinations, experiences and arrangements

• Deliver seamless service from flights and accommodation to transfers and unique experiences

• Collaborate with your team to support product enhancements and ensure quality across our offerings

What You Bring

• 3+ years' experience as a travel agent (retail or wholesale)

• Experience in either retail or wholesale travel environments is acceptable for this role

• Strong firsthand knowledge of either Europe, Canada or Pacific Islands with personal travel experience to at least 3-5 countries

• A natural ability to consult, build trust and influence decisions

• Comfortable working to sales targets and motivated by achieving results

• Dynamic and quick-thinking, with strong numerical ability and the capacity to retain information well

• Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and organisational skills

• Adaptability, and a proactive mindset

• Australian permanent residency

• A team player who thrives in a supportive work from home environment
