What You’ll Be Doing

As our lead Scheduler, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations:

• Mastering the Roster: Coordinating complex schedules for our dedicated care team and diverse client base.

• Problem Solving: Rapidly responding to leave, emergencies, and changing client needs with a calm, "can-do" attitude.

• Building Relationships: Acting as a key point of contact for staff and families, ensuring clear and empathetic communication.

• Optimizing Flow: Using our scheduling software to maximize efficiency while maintaining the "human touch" we’re known for.
