Lead a passionate multidisciplinary team and make a lasting impact on the mental health and wellbeing of young people across the Gold Coast.
Lives Lived Well is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our headspace Upper Coomera team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader who is passionate about youth mental health, service excellence, and supporting clinicians to thrive.
In this role, you will provide clinical and operational leadership across the service, ensuring young people aged 12-25 receive high-quality, evidence-based care in a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

Lead and Influence Youth Mental Health ServicesTake a key leadership role in shaping and delivering evidence-based mental health and wellbeing services for young people. You'll guide clinical decision-making, support innovation, and drive service quality outcomes.
Manage and Develop a High-Performing TeamLead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, senior clinicians, peer workers, students, and private practitioners. You'll provide supervision, coaching, professional development, and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Make a Genuine Community ImpactWork within the nationally recognised headspace model and build strong partnerships with local services, stakeholders, and community organisations to improve outcomes for young people and their families.
