THE ROLE

• The role: Skin Therapist

• The roster: Full-Time (Working Tuesday to Saturday)

• The location: RATIONALE Subiaco

• You will deliver luxury end-to-end client retail and service experiences

• You will be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training

• You will perform RATIONALE’s world-class luxury facial treatments

• Apply our professional-grade formulations with a luxury massage technique, and utilise non-invasive modalities (LED, cryotherapy and ultrasound)

• You will provide informative skin analysis, tailored skincare product and bespoke treatment plans to your clients

ABOUT YOU

• A qualification in beauty, skin or dermal therapy

• Experience in a spa or clinic environment, in a similar role

• Experience in delivering tailored treatments and retail product prescriptions

• Demonstrated excellent client service in a retail or luxury environment

• Passion for skin science, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client skin goals

• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management and organisational skills

• Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture
