Job Description

As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you will have close working relationships with patients, clinicians and other support staff and report to the Practice Manager.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be someone who enjoys working closely within a team and providing upstanding customer care. Other responsibilities include:

Assist our Clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients.Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general and booking enquiries, record keeping, payment & insurance processing.

Qualifications

Experience as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist is preferred, but not essential.Strong communication and organisational skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
