This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys consistency, quality, and working with a supportive team in a structured production environment.

About the Role

Working alongside our Head Chef and production team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals at scale while maintaining exceptional food standards and consistency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys production cooking without the late nights and split shifts often associated with hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals to BLAKEAWAY recipes and specifications.

• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all products.

• Assist with daily production planning and workflow.

• Monitor food quality, portion control, and wastage.

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

• Follow all food safety, and hygiene procedures.

• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.

• Is organised, efficient, and works well under pressure.

• Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food.

• Has excellent attention to detail.

• Is a positive team player with a strong work ethic.

• Holds relevant food handling knowledge and understands food safety requirements.
