ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-focused Sales Representative to join our business. Based at our Glendenning Head Office in Western Sydney, this role services a Sydney Metropolitan territory and an additional regional area. Reporting to the State Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our established sales team, focusing on maintaining strong customer relationships while driving new business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, including technical and product support via phone, email, and in person.

• Promote our product range to the commercial and residential construction sectors.

• Identify and qualify new opportunities to support sales growth within your territory.

• Manage and expand an established customer base while actively developing new accounts.Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

 You will have:

• Proven successful performance in a previous sales or business development role, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the electrical wholesale industry.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, margin, and product performance data.

• Strong commercial acumen.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.

• The ability to understand and use appropriate language and terminology with reference to the Company’s products and services.

• Effective time management skills to prioritise and achieve daily goals and activities.

• Strong IT knowledge with at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, plus experience with business intelligence/analytics tools.

• High self-motivation with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and succeed both individually and as part of a team.
