The internship runs across two blocks from 30 November to 18 December, and 11 January to 29 January, with a break over the Christmas/New Year period. E&P’s comprehensive, six-week full-time program embeds you within a team of experienced professionals, providing the on-the-job training and real-world exposure needed to launch your career in private wealth management.

This year’s program is offered from our Sydney and Melbourne offices.

What You’ll Do:

Working alongside our Advisers and Associates, your day-to-day will include:

• Adviser & Associate Support – Compile research, prepare formal investment recommendations, and support client meeting preparation.
• Client Reporting & Administration – Prepare meeting documents, complete paperwork (fact finders, applications, research reports), manage client documentation, and assist with ad hoc tasks.
• Knowledge Building & Training – Develop your investment knowledge, complete system training (IAS, Agility), and gain hands-on experience with key financial platforms including IRESS and Bloomberg.

The Recruitment Process

Selected applicants will be invited to participate in an in-person assessment centre at our Sydney or Melbourne offices, where you will hear from our leaders, members of the PWM Team and previous interns, and participate in both a group activity and an interview.
