Storm Scaffolding is a well-established South Brisbane/ based company providing a high-quality service in scaffolding solutions to the construction industry. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated person with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy to become our bookkeeper and join our team at our Tamborine Office.

We are looking for an immediate start 

Qualifications & experience

• 5+ years’ experience and proven ability in providing a full range of Office Management and bookkeeping services

• Diploma in Accounting or Certificate IV Bookkeeping preferred

• High Level of Experience with MYOB, XERO, Excel and Word

• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues & clients.

• Ability to work autonomously.

 Tasks & responsibilities

• Accounts payable processing including processing invoices, supplier statement reconciliations and payments.

• Accounts receivable processing including debt collection, debtor management, receipting and allocations.

• Manage end-to-end weekly STP payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Maintaining company accounts including all Bank/General Ledger reconciliations.

• Preparing EOM Super.

• Administration and support as required by the Director
