Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful and Future-Oriented
In this role you will:
Provide EHS and Rail Safety support across construction, testing and commissioning activities for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Project.Promote a continuous improvement culture and implement best-practice safety management systems in the workplace.Monitor daily site activities, provide advice on risks and controls, and ensure compliance with company procedures, WHS legislation and regulatory requirements.Support WHS induction and training for employees and subcontractors, including subcontractor compliance management.Conduct audits, site inspections and incident investigations, recommending corrective actions where required.Monitor Rollingstock Operations compliance for Rail Safety as part of ONRSR accreditation, with flexibility required during testing and commissioning phases.
Shape the future of mobility with your qualifications and skills
Minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.ICAM training preferred, with White Card and RISI card also preferred.Identified Rail Safety Worker, with experience working across complex stakeholder environments.Open, approachable and self-directed, with a flexible approach to site and project requirements.
